When you create an account with us:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use or security breach.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Multiple accounts created for abuse (e.g., fake referrals, coupon stacking) may be suspended without refund.

• All product information (images, descriptions, specifications) is for reference only and may change without notice.
• We make every effort to display product colors accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to your screen settings.
• Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include all applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders already confirmed will be honoured at the confirmed price.
• Limited stock items and promotions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• In the event of pricing errors or typographical mistakes, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund any payments made.

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products at the prices and terms listed at checkout.
• We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, other credit/debit cards (through Razorpay/Stripe), and Cash On Delivery (COD) for eligible areas.
• Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when payment is authorized and verified, and we confirm dispatch.
• We may require additional verification for high-value orders before processing.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order: due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or violation of these terms — with full refund.
• All payments are processed through PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

• We deliver across Sri Lanka. Estimated delivery timelines are 2-5 business days depending on your location and order size.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your pincode, product size, and order value.
• Free shipping promotions apply to orders meeting minimum value thresholds (excluding taxes & discounts).
• Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays due to couriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the shipping address you provide.
• Any damage to products must be reported with photographic proof within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• 7-Day Returns: Products damaged, defective, or not matching your order may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Conditions: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, tags, labels, and warranty cards intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personal hygiene products, custom-made items, software, digital downloads, sealed software, and products with manufacturer tamper seals broken (unless defective).
• Return shipping costs are borne by Vivid Mart if the return is due to our error (defective / wrong / damaged item).
• Customer-initiated returns / change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping cost at our discretion.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds go to your original payment method.
• Orders may be cancelled by the customer any time before dispatch. After dispatch, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receipt.
• COD orders cancelled repeatedly without genuine reason may result in account restrictions.

Warranty Claims: Brand-specific warranty terms apply to most electronics. Manufacturer warranty claims are processed as per the brand's official warranty policy.

All products are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty (as specified on product pages) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property — to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or incidental damages from website use.

• Promo codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• One coupon per customer / order unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent orders obtained through stacked coupons, referral abuse, or promotional misuse.
• Promotion eligibility is verified at our sole discretion.

When you submit reviews, comments, or photos:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display such content for marketing, product descriptions, and website improvements.
• You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, false, or misleading.
• We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
